Aditya Swaminathan

Biography

Aditya Swaminathan (Swami) is a Pune-based metal guitarist and music transcriptionist at Ubisoft India for Rocksmith+. Active in the Indian metal scene since 2013, he plays for two of the country’s biggest metal acts Gutslit and Demonic Resurrection and has toured extensively across Europe and Japan. Highlights include supporting Bloodywood on Demonic Resurrection’s 25th anniversary tour and performing at major festivals like Brutal Assault, Summer Breeze, and Party San. He also co-founded Pune’s thrash metal band Kill the King, whose debut album dropped in 2023. Swami is currently working on new releases with all three bands, slated for 2026.
